Personal Data

Entered Data from the Registration Form

All data, which is entered into the registration form, such as name, address, email, telephone number and password, will only be used by Sprachschule Aktiv in order to create the customer’s invoice, inform them of changes to the course, to update customer information or to plan specific courses for the customer after the customer has accepted our Terms and Conditions.

The password which is generated during registration is used for the customer only in the registration form. The password can only be changed by the customer. If the customer does not want an account with Sprachschule Aktiv, they can contact us at  info@sprachschule-aktiv-wien.at, and we will then deactivate the account. When the customer registers with Sprachschule Aktiv, we will create an account for them automatically and their information will be stored in our database. If a customer loses an invoice, we will be happy to send them a replacement copy by Email or post.

Why should you get an account with Sprachschule Aktiv? For us, the peace of mind of our customers is very important, and should the customer wish to join another course, this information makes future registrations far quicker and easier.

Every customer may, if they wish, register for the next language level or another course without having to register all of their details again. In future our language school will introduce additional options for customers and offer new functions, for example being able to view planned courses, recent course themes and availability.

Registered Data in the Contact Form

The name, telephone number, address, email address and correspondence of customers will only be used by administrative staff at our school, so that they can stay in direct contact with the customer. The language school will answer queries, or send the requested information using the saved customer data.

Sprachschule Aktiv Group

Spanisch Aktiv, Classe Italiana, Sprachschule Aktiv München , Sprachschule Aktiv Wien, Spanisch Aktiv Mallorca and Sprachschule Aktiv belong to the Sprachschule Aktiv Group. The registration data from all of these websites goes to our database which is used by Sprachschule Aktiv. All data from these websites will be treated confidentially.

Server und Use

Our website is hosted by on an exclusive server from 1und1.de and all information generated will be saved in our database. Only the administrative staff of Sprachschule Aktiv are allowed to access this data and will only use it to contact customers about delivery of invoices, course information or changes to registered or desired courses.

In the case that the customer has not paid after the start of the course, despite reminders by post and email, the invoices will be forwarded to the Akzepta Inkasso Group. Their job is then to arrange payment with the customer.

Certification SSL

Our school works with the most up-to-date technology to ensure the security of data. Currently, we use SSL encryption when accessing any page of our website.

Web Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics by Google Inc. We also use cookies which are stored on the client system of the customer. This allows us to examine how our website is used (User Behavior.) Only in certain cases, will the whole IP address be submitted to Google in EE.UU, which, however, will there be shortened. Google uses this information to assess the use of the website, in order to collect reports of activities and offer additional services to the user. These services are associated with the use of the website and internet. The IP Address which will be sent from a computer to Google Analytics, cannot be combined with other associated data from Google (for example, user accounts from other websites.)
